Not at all! The Landings at Brooks City Base offers tours at no cost. You can choose your own appointment time right from our online scheduler.
No, our community does not participate in the Housing Voucher or Section 8 program at this time.
Amenities
Our amenity spaces include our state-of-the-art fitness center, sparkling swimming pool, our all-inclusive pet spa, and private access to the Greenline Park, which features 42 acres of walking trails, creek access, a playground, and more!
Parking is available to both residents and guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents are able to reserve parking spaces by renting covered parking spots or garages. All vehicles must be registered to avoid potential towing.
The washer and dryer set is located comfortably and conveniently inside each home.
Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Pet Policy
Yes, our community is pet-friendly! All pets must have an active PetScreening profile, ensuring a comfortable pet community for everyone.
For non-emergency pets, a $300 pet fee and a refundable $300 pet deposit will be evaluated at move-in. The pet rent varies from $20 to $40 monthly, depending on the result of the PetScreening.
For non-service animal pets, breed is evaluated on a case-by-case basis through PetScreening.
Location
Our community is in the San Antonio ISD, with Mission Academy and Highlands High School being the main schools.
Residents can enjoy the dog park at the Greenline! Our residents have private access to the park directly from our community.
We love coffee too! 7Brew is a favorite among our residents and staff and is located less than a mile away!
It is roughly a 15-minute drive (about six miles north) via nearby I-37 depending upon traffic conditions.
Mission Trail Baptist Hospital, Toyota, and Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston are within a short commute range.
